Our quoted turn-around time is 10 working days but many orders are delivered well inside this time frame.

All boxes are sent flat packed and appropriately wrapped for protection. Other products are securely wrapped or boxed for safe delivery.

Once you have completed your design, placed your order and completed payment your job enters an automated processing system and cannot be cancelled. We request you check and double check your order before you finalise, as once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Due to the automated processing system used by Packedinit, there is no provision to decrease the number of units once an order has been placed. However your design and specifications are on record, so to order more of the same item is simply a matter of placing another order.

Yes we can. Please use the “contact us” section of the website and we can arrange larger orders.

Yes. Complete your design and order one box. A prototype of your design will be produced and sent to you. Using our minimum order of one box allows you to be 100% sure you’re happy with your design. It also allows you to make changes before placing a large order.

Yes, our courier service will deliver anywhere in Australia.
